Description

This most comprehensive database of donors to Overseas Aid/Third World Charities contains the names of over 54,000 individuals who regularly give to Overseas Aid and Third World related charities.  Donors are, on average, between 20 and 65 years old, own their own homes and have a household income of over £20,000.

Data is 100% postcoded.  All names and addresses are cleaned against the Mailing Preference Service (MPS) file.

New names are being added daily.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months; individuals who no longer donate to Overseas Aid/Third World Charities are automatically removed from the database.

Selections

Data can be selected by sex, age, and geography; if you purchase either one of the 4 test quantities above, we supply a selection of the most recently added names, irrespective of sex, age, and geography.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, full address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt) file, on CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail and also labels (if required), as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
