Description
All
organisations on this list give generously
to a wide variety of charitable organisation,
supporting everything from animal &
children to old age & third world related
causes, and a meticulous effort has gone
into researching who these organisations
are, and who runs them on a day-to-day basis.
The list will prove responsive, first and
foremost, for those organisations representing
popular causes, but approaches from other
charities, well marketed, should be equally
suitable.
The
companies on this database are large private
and public sector organisations with, almost
always, a stated to policy to support charitable
causes. In some cases, the firms support
a single or multiple stated charities throughout
a financial year, in other cases donations
are made on an ad hoc basis.
 Data
is 100% postcoded; telephone numbers and opt-in email addresses are
available for all records.
Source
The
list was compiled and is owned by CharityBase. All data was collected by means of
questionnaire and all contact names were
verified by telephone.
Selections
The
whole list must be taken.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named most senior executive
(MD or equivalent), job title, company name,
full company address including PAF verified
postcodes, (telephone number), (opt-in email address), salutation.
Output formats
Data
is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or
Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; however, if you would
prefer to receive your list in Microsoft
Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will
be able to note this in the "Comments" box,
when you place your order.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
